  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Put butter/margarine into a bowl and mix well until you get a creamy texture. Then add sugar and mix very well..
  2. Slowly add beaten eggs and mix very well, then add in the diced carrot and mashed banana..
  3. Add the flour and baking powder into the bowl, and mix roughly. A powdery texture is okay..
