- You need 4 of Bananas.

- Prepare 300 g of flour.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder.
Place first seven ingredients in a large bowl. - Smash and Mix Banana with lemon juice.
- Beat butter till pale. Add in sugar, mix well. Add in egg one by one and mix well..
- Add in walnuts and nuts. Mix well..
- Add in flour and baking powder. Slow mix. Try to add in "air".
- Spread the mixture on baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes @ 180 degrees.
Add the Walnuts in when the mixture is smooth and make sure it's mixed together. Put mix into a cake tin, I personally used a deep cake tin but a Sponge or Loaf tin should do fine. Butter the tin to make sure the cake comes out smoothly. Place some walnuts on top and make sure it's even. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
