1. You need 3 of overipe bananas (2 used for cake & 1 used for topping).
2. You need 170 g of caster sugar.
3. You need 170 g of self raising flour.
4. You need 170 g of soft margarine.
5. Prepare 3 of eggs.
6. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
7. You need 2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
8. You need of Coconut oil spray.

Banana Cake step by step

1. Pre heat oven to 160°C.
2. Add all ingredients (just the 2 bananas) into a food processor and blend until well mixed..
3. Pour mixture into a shallow cake tin (spray coconut oil beforehand to grease it)..
4. Slice 1 banana into many pieces to decorate the top of the cake..
5. Bake for 1 hour..
6. Cool and enjoy..
