In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar and oil together with an electric mixer or vigorously with a whisk until combined.   8. Pull the batter in the tin half fill.
  9. Heat up the oven and put the cake in the oven and bake for 30 minutes depending on the heat.
  10. Use a wooden stick or a tooth pick to check if it's baked well.
  11. If the tooth pick comes out clean then it's ready but if it's not then you still have to continue baking till it's baked.
  12. Your healthy and delicious cake is ready !!!!!.
