- Pre-heat your oven as for those using jiko oven preheat 10 minutes prior baking.
- Sieve flour set aside then cream magerine and sugar to a fine texture.
- Add eggs one by one while stirring then add flour, milk and ur njugu to the creamy mixture, stir till mixture is consistent.
- Mash the ripe bananas add baking soda and if u have coconut powder also add into the mashed bananas.
- Add the banana mixture to the other flour mixture and stir,put the mixture to a baking tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Buttercream use 200g magerine, 400g icing sugar,i coloured mine pink.
For the frosting, beat butter until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and cinnamon. Lay one layer of cake on cake plate. Spoon frosting over layer and smooth. Use those over ripe bananas to make this delicious and easy banana cake roll filled with strawberry jam and topped off with buttercream icing beads!
