Ingredients of Delicious Banana cake

  1. It's 3/4 cup of wheat flour.
  2. It's 3/4 cup of maida.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of oil.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  5. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  6. It's 2 of bananas ripe mashed well.
  7. You need 2 tsp of baking powder.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of soda bi carb.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp of mixed dry fuit crushed.

Delicious Banana cake step by step

  1. Grease a 9×4 loaf tin or 7 inch round tin.
  2. Pre heat oven to 180°C for 10 mins.
  3. Sieve together both the flours,baking,soda bi carb & keep aside.
  4. Chop bananas in a bowl & mash well.
  5. Add oil and powdered sugar. Beat with a hand mixer till smooth.
  6. Add vanilla essence. Mix.
  7. Beat eggs in a clean dry bowl till fluffy.
  8. Add half of the flour and half of the beaten egg to the banana mixture. Mix well. Repeat with the left over flour and eggs.
  9. Add crushed dry fruits,mix well with saptula.
  10. Pour the batter into the loaf tin. Bake at 180° C for 40 mins or till cake is done.
