  1. You need 1 of banana.
  2. It's 70 g of peanut butter.
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of cocoa.
  4. Prepare 1 scoop of whey protein.
  5. You need 100 g of fine oats.
  6. You need of nuts (optional).
  7. You need of dried cranberry (optional).

  1. Mash the banana using a fork. Add to it the peanut butter, cocoa and whey and mix well.
  2. Add the oats, dried nuts and cranberry and mix well again.
  3. Put the mix in the freezer for 20 minutes, then remove it and shape it to your liking.
